Quality Control
Our inspection process for every batch
Inspection Process
Every batch of gauges goes through a multi-step quality inspection before shipment.

Precision CNC winding for gauge coil production

Dedicated assembly and inspection workstations
Incoming Material Check
Raw materials including metal casings, dial faces, glass lenses, and electronic components are inspected upon arrival to verify specifications and surface quality.
Dial Printing Check
Each batch of printed dials is checked for scale accuracy, logo placement, color consistency, and print clarity before assembly.
Pressure / Temperature Range Inspection
Gauges are tested at minimum, midpoint, and maximum scale values to verify reading accuracy. Pressure gauges are tested with calibrated pressure sources; temperature gauges are tested in temperature-controlled environments.
Appearance Inspection
Each gauge is visually inspected for bezel finish, glass clarity, pointer alignment, dial cleanliness, and overall cosmetic quality.
Packaging Inspection
Packaging is checked for proper protection, correct labeling, and quantity accuracy. Export-grade packaging ensures gauges arrive in perfect condition.
